this young man showed more of his music influences playing a lovely version of the Beatle's song, Blackbird.  Just lovely fingerstyle guitar work.

 joined us .... played a couple tunes ... signed copies of her new book.

 

Pat Giblin from Cincinnati, actually one of Vernon's students, enjoying the Opry Band's backup music ...

 

 

 

Pat has a strong and clear bluegrass lead voice.

Vernon and Jesse's father, Mitch, enjoy the young man's Opry set.

 

Tom Campbell enjoys singing bluegrass with his friends, Jim Wuest, Jim DeMoss, and Chalmer Rowe.

 

Although not on the Opry lineup, Larry Roose responds to a
request to do a song.

Vernon's banjo student, Nick Theis, from Cincinnati came to attend the Opry.  He didn't know that he would become a part of it.
