A friend of ours has a place down near
Whitley City, KY in
McCreary Cou nty.
We did a couple of shows down there YEARS ago. He recently sent me this
photo from one of those shows. He said it is posted in the train
station.
I guess we're now part of the history of the area.
Since I am seated, it must be from 1994. I had some foot surgery and was
hobbling around for several weeks. The girl on bass is Sharon Cline from
Columbus, OH. The
banjo is Trina Emig. I don't see a mando player and don't recall if we
had one on that trip. Sharon and I were doing the harmony at the time so
maybe there wasn't one.
